		<description>Thanks for the excellent post and examples. The common theme I&#039;m getting is to listen and engage. As the voice of the consumer gets louder, and more choices are made available for everything, companies need to do much more of what you mention here - get a personality, engage customers, listen, and then incorporate feedback and change as required.</description>
